What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect your name, business name, phone number, the order details you give us, and your email address and delivery postal code if you provide them. Our spam check, Cloudflare Turnstile, also processes technical details about your browser and device.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To arrange and deliver orders you confirm.
- To keep the business and tax records the law requires.
We don't send you marketing unless you agree to it separately.
Who sees it
Our staff who handle your enquiry. Cloudflare, which runs this website, its spam check and our email. Suppliers and delivery partners, only when they need the details to fulfil your order. We don't sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires for business and tax records.
Your choices
You can ask to see or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent, by writing to our Data Protection Officer at hello@avs.supply. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to process your enquiry or order.
